Use a Dingo to do the Jobs That No One Wants to do by Hand
The compact size and power of the Dingo have obvious benefits
for the mining industry. Over the years many Dingos have gone into
mining, their main use being for cleaning debris from around conveyors & other
structures both above ground and below ground.
Using
attachments like the bucket and debris puller, the Dingo can
do most of the heavy and often dangerous clean up work that previously
could only be
done by hand. The Debris Puller was originally called the Coal Puller, as
the idea for the attachment came from the need to remove spilt
coal from around
conveyors. This attachment will reach under the conveyor and drag the debris
clear ready to be scooped up with the bucket and tipped back into the conveyor.
This is heavy work when done by hand and dangerous due to the risk of debris
falling from the conveyor, not to mention wear & tear on your back. The
debris puller does this job with little risk to the operator and no need
to shut down the conveyor.
With
years of experience in putting Dingos into mines, we understand
that each mining situation has specific requirements regarding
safety. Dingos can be
modified to comply with exhaust/heat restrictions, spark prevention, exhaust
emission restrictions and many other safety conditions. Contact us to discuss
the particular safety requirements for your application.
Benefits for Mines:
Compact Size - A big factor especially underground
Safety - The Dingo can be modified to suit you particular safety requirements.
Reduces Hand Labour - Many of these cleaning jobs are heavy & dangerous,
previously with no alternative other than to do them by hand.
