This attachment
is tough. If it can cut concrete, then obviously it doesn’t
worry about ripping apart lesser products.
Designed and
Developed by a company with over 30 years of contract
profiling experience, the RM150 Profiler’s solid
framework and fluid dynamic design make this profiler a
stable cutting
device.
Basically this
is a wheel with teeth on it that rotates and rips into
the surface. Two levelling rams give the operator a high
degree of accuracy in cutting depth and cross slope control.
So it can cut a trench 150mm wide and up to 100mm deep
in concrete and any lesser surface.
Additionally, it can
be used to cut a slope on concrete, or taper an edge.
The possibilities are endless. This is a true demolition
tool.
It has a dust suppression system that
includes water tanks, pumps and nozzles. As well as suppressing
dust, the water cools the cutting teeth.
This increases
tooth life ten fold, as well as keeps the cutting teeth
sharp. The water tanks are easily removable and refillable,
increasing versatility on site.
